Lindy Fails is board-certified family nurse practitioner from Clarksburg, PA. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She then received her Master of Science in nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

Following her education, Lindy garnered more than 30 years of experience in her field. Since 1996, she has used her expertise to provide primary care to patients of Dr. Klain’s practice.

​

Throughout her career, Lindy has demonstrated a passion for family health through leadership and teaching positions in the Indiana community. She has held titles such at Director of Staff Development, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Director of Resident Care. She also served as a family health instructor to master level students at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Accordingly, Lindy is a member of an extensive list of professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, Pennsylvania Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, Health Ministries Association, and many others.

In her spare time, Lindy enjoys sewing and reading. She is also extremely active in her community church and Girl Scouts.
